54 years experience being human, 35 years married to my favorite one, 30+ years raising 5 boys, joining with 3 daughters, and, lately, beginning the adventure of grandparenting as I become a “JJ”! Human development fascinates me. We are each unique and valuable, and I’d love to help you process through the complexity to see yourself more clearly.

I am a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC). This specialty was created in collaboration with the National Board of Medical Examiners (NBME) to implement high standards of training and credentialing for coaches. 

I also completed a Professional Coaching Certification through Wellcoaches Corporation. I have training in non-violent communication, integrative development, and Positive Intelligence. Emotions, human communication, running, reading, and dancing fascinate me!
